WHERE CAN I FIND THE DIMENSIONS OF A PIECE OF FURNITURE?
Dimensions can be found in the product description for most items online. If these are not listed, someone in our store would be glad to help find the information. You can reach us by phone during our business hours, or email your question here.

ARE ALL YOUR PRODUCTS AVAILABLE ONLINE?
No. currently, we offer the Ashley Furniture Catalog online, but carry more brands in our store. Our online offering will expand to more catalogs.Our online assortment is continuously expanding, check back regularly for new items that are being added daily. In addition, unique items continue to arrive in our store, so check back often for the newest assortment.

DO YOU OFFER REPLACEMENT PARTS?
For most products, we do offer replacement parts. Call us during business hours for all questions, or email us anytime. When inquiring, please have item number and invoice number available so they can better serve you. You can find the item number on your receipt.

HOW DO I TOUCH UP MY FURNITURE?
Most home improvement stores offer touch-up solutions in marker and “crayon” forms. All are easy to apply, simply match your furniture finish to the touch-up color, and follow the manufacturer’s instructions.

WHAT IS DURABLEND®?
You will see the word DuraBlend® within many product descriptions. This is a registered trademark of Ashley Furniture Industries, about their custom upholstery, which offers the rich look and feel of leather using a polyurethane/leather blend to create a comfortable and economical alternative to natural leather. Fabric Contents: 57% polyurethane, 26% poly/cotton, 17% leather. This material is unique to items made by Ashley Furniture, and cannot be used in the descriptions of any other manufacturer’s content.

HOW FAR DO YOU DELIVER?
We will typically travel up to 30 miles for your furniture delivery. However, if you are outside of our delivery range, we can help you make arrangements with a 3rd party delivery company, who will travel beyond our 30 mile range. Please just contact us for details of a delivery outside of 30 miles for pricing and availability of drivers.

DOES MY DELIVERY INCLUDE ASSEMBLY?
Our delivery team will assemble your furniture upon arrival, unless you had arranged a drop-off only delivery beforehand. The time it takes to assemble your furniture is dependent on your order.

WILL I GET A WINDOW OF TIME FOR THE DELIVERY?
When your furniture arrives from the manufacturer, we will give you a call and determine the best day and time to deliver. We know that your time is valuable, so we will give you a call prior to delivery and a window is normally necessary.

WHAT IF I MISS MY DELIVERY?
We will call prior to bringing your furniture to avoid missing your delivery. If we are not able to get a hold of you, then your furniture will not be delivered at that time.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

  1. No returns on all floor model products.
  2. All ordered items can be cancelled, or exchanged, before we receive those items. After we receive them, we cannot return them to the factories, so we don’t offer refunds at that point.

Note: all “King” beds are assumed to be Eastern King, unless noted that they are Cal King

DO YOU OFFER MATTRESS WARRANTIES?

  1. Our mattresses come with various levels of manufacturer warranties. Some warranties are good up to 20 years, while others are shorter. We are more than happy to answer questions about a specific mattress’s warranty. Please feel free to contact us with these questions.
  2. All warranty claims are handled by the manufacturer themselves, but if you need help getting the claim process started, we can assist you with that.

WHY AM I SEEING A STATE RECYCLING FEE ON MY MATTRESS PURCHASE AT CHECKOUT?
A few states require mattress retailers to collect a fee from the sale of each mattress and box spring (foundation). The charge funds the state’s recycling program. The states who have implemented this program include California, Rhode Island and Connecticut. Learn more about the recycling program here.

IF I’M NOT DISCARDING MY OLD MATTRESS, DO I STILL HAVE TO PAY THE MATTRESS RECYCLING FEE?
Yes. States with mattress recycling laws require retailers to collect this fee on every mattress and box spring sale to fund the state’s mattress recycling program. When you do discard your old mattress, byebyemattress.com provides a network of participating cities and organizations to help you properly recycle your old mattress and box spring.

WHAT IS THE MATTRESS RECYCLING COUNCIL?
The MRC is a nonprofit organization that creates and supervises statewide mattress recycling programs for state who have passed mattress recycling laws.

WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF MATTRESS RECYCLING?
About 15-20 million mattresses and box springs (foundations) are thrown away each year in the United States. These items take up space at the landfills, and springs are hard to compact – which leads them to easily catch on equipment. Many communities are separating mattresses from other solid waste because of this, creating an increase in management costs. You can call our store during regular business hours to check the status of your online purchase. We will also give you a call when your order arrives at our store.


DO YOU SELL GIFT CARDS?
No. But we offer deals and discounts on occasion that can be found on our home page.


WHY ISN’T MY PROMO CODE WORKING ONLINE?
Each promotional code has a set of exclusions. Check for what these are, and determine if you have any items in your cart prohibiting the discount. Also, make sure the expiration date on the promo code has not yet expired.


CAN I BUY AN EXTRA TABLE LEAF?
Additional leaves are not available. Each table leaf is cut at the time the table is made.
